Overview
The Xhjili Affiliate Partner Program invites qualified marketers to promote Xhjili. Partners earn commissions based on the net revenue generated by players referred through approved tracking links. The program provides a secure affiliate dashboard, transparent reporting, and structured, performance-driven rewards.
Eligibility and Enrollment
- Eligibility: individuals or corporate entities that comply with applicable law and the program terms; partners must be at least 18 years of age and not engage in activities that could harm Xhjili’s brand or operations.
- Registration: complete the online registration; Xhjili will review requests and, where applicable, approve enrollment within a defined business day period; upon approval, the partner will gain access to the affiliate dashboard and tracking links.
- KYC and Compliance: certain cases may require verification of identity or other compliance documentation prior to payout.
- Self-referrals: affiliates shall not create or use player accounts that are controlled by the affiliate or belong to the affiliate (no self-referrals).
Tracking, Reporting and Data Access
Partnership activity is tracked via an online affiliate dashboard. The dashboard provides real-time visibility into clicks, sign-ups, deposits, net revenue, commissions earned, and payout history. Data can be exported for reconciliation and auditing purposes. All data processing complies with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
Commission Structure
Compensation is based on net revenue generated by referred players, as defined in the program rules. The base commission starts at 10% of net revenue. For every 1,000 units of cumulative referred earnings collected, the commission rate increases by 10 percentage points, up to a maximum rate of 50%.
Example: A partner achieves 1,000 units of referred earnings; the rate increases from 10% to 20%. With 5,000 units, the rate reaches 60% threshold only if the program cap allows; otherwise, the stated maximum applies. The precise tier thresholds and caps are published in the current program rules and may be updated from time to time with notice.
Net revenue means gross revenue attributable to referred players after refunds, reversals, and bonus-related adjustments, as defined in the program terms.
Payouts, Thresholds and Currency
- Payout frequency: monthly following the end of each calendar month, with settlements typically completed within 5–7 business days after the month closes.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 30 units of the affiliate’s chosen payout currency or as otherwise specified in the program rules.
- Payout methods and currencies are those approved in the affiliate dashboard; payments are issued in the currency selected by the partner and may be subject to standard processing times and bank/processor rules.
Marketing, Promotions and Brand Guidelines
Affiliates may use only approved promotional assets and tracking links provided by Xhjili. All communications must accurately describe Xhjili’s offerings and avoid misleading or deceptive claims. Affiliates must not engage in prohibited traffic sources or activities that could compromise brand integrity or violate applicable law. Any use of third-party tools or services must be disclosed and approved in advance when required by policy.
Definitions and Key Terms
- Net Revenue: total revenue generated by referred players, minus refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and any bonus-related deductions as defined in the program rules.
- Referred Player: a user who signs up and participates in eligible activity through the affiliate’s tracking link.
- Commission: the earnings payout calculated according to the commission structure and rules in effect for the partner’s account.
Term, Modification and Termination
Xhjili reserves the right to amend or terminate the Affiliate Partner Program, or any portion thereof, upon reasonable notice. The terms governing a partner’s participation apply from the date of enrollment and continue until termination by either party in accordance with the program rules. Upon termination, active referrals may continue to be credited for a defined period under the then-current terms for settlements already earned.
