Scope and binding terms
These betting terms govern use of the Xhjili sportsbook for pre match and live betting. By placing a bet you enter a binding contract under the applicable market rules and these terms, and you agree to abide by any updates published by Xhjili from time to time.
Definitions
- Sportsbook: the collection of markets and the odds offered by Xhjili.
- Bet: a player’s selection, confirmed by the transfer of funds to seal the bet contract.
- Market: a specific wagering option offered within the sportsbook.
- Outright: a long‑term market such as champion, top placement or end‑of‑season result.
- Live bet: a bet placed on an event while it is in progress.
- Palpable error: a clear mistake in the event wording, odds or start time that a reasonable observer would deem erroneous.
- Balance: two balances exist on the account – a main balance used for wagering and a bonus balance reserved for eligible promotions.
Eligibility, verification and account security
You must be at least 18 years old to register and place bets. Xhjili may request documentary proof of age and identity, and may suspend or close accounts that cannot be verified or that violate these terms. All personal data is treated in accordance with Xhjili privacy standards and applicable law, with confidential handling and limited disclosure to regulatory bodies when required by law.
Bet acceptance and validity
- Bets are accepted before the event starts. Live bets are accepted only while the event is in progress and markets are unsettled.
- Bets on markets where the outcome is already known at the moment of placement are invalid and will be refunded.
- In the event of a palpable error in odds or event details, Xhjili may void or adjust affected bets and provide a refund as appropriate.
- Xhjili reserves the right to refuse or suspend bets or to close accounts without prior notice where restrictions apply or where there is suspected misuse.
Two balances and wagering
Each customer has a main balance and a bonus balance. Bets may only be placed from the main balance. Bonus balances are restricted to promotions and wagering rules as defined by Xhjili. Funds movements and promotions are subject to audit and may be adjusted in accordance with these terms.
Types of bets
- Single: one market, one outcome, payout equals stake multiplied by the market odds.
- Accumulator: multiple independent selections; all outcomes must win for payout; total odds equal the product of individual odds and are rounded to two decimal places.
- System: a fixed set of accumulators formed from a larger pool of selections; winnings equal the sum of victories across included accumulators.
- Conditional: a sequence of standard bets where only the principal bet is funded from the bettor’s balance and subsequent bets are funded from winnings; if the principal bet loses, all conditional bets lose.
Live betting rules
Live odds update in real time; odds may move between selection and acceptance. Bets on markets that become decided during live play are settled promptly once the result is determined. If an athlete or team does not take part, bets on affected markets may be treated as void or settled as applicable. Claims on live bets may be considered for a maximum of 24 hours after the event start.
Outrights and play or pay
Outright markets include season‑long or tournament‑wide results. Play‑or‑pay applies to outrights; bets on participants remain valid even if the listed participant cannot take part, with losses settled accordingly. Heads‑to‑heads markets and certain individual performance markets may be void or treated differently in line with the market rules when a participant is replaced or does not participate.
Settlement, cancellations and adjustments
Market settlement follows the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or not completed within the defined timeframe, affected markets may be void or settled on the available official result. Where an event finishes after the 79th minute or equivalent, the final official result applies to all unsettled markets; if finished earlier, unsettled markets may be void unless otherwise stated in the market description. Xhjili may void bets or refund stakes in cases of force majeure, irregularities, or if the integrity of the event is compromised.
VAR and in‑play adjustments
Should a Video Assistant Referee review alter the on‑field result, bets placed between the original incident and the final decision may be void unless the market odds were unaffected or already accounted for at the time of bet acceptance. Xhjili reserves the right to reverse settlements if a final decision renders previous settlements inaccurate before the event concludes.
Odds presentation and settlements
Odds displayed to the user are truncated to two decimal places for display. Totals are calculated with a sixth‑decimal precision, and the total winnings are truncated to two decimals. Any discrepancy arising from rounding is a function of these rules. The maximum period for re‑settlement after a betslip is settled is 30 days.
Football and other sports specific notes
Football bets cover regular time including stoppage time. Own goals may affect the first goalscorer market as defined in the market terms. For certain formats and sports, additional settlement rules may apply as described in the market description; if no market description exists, standard settlement applies according to these terms.
Minimum and maximum stakes
The minimum stake is published in the sportsbook and may vary by event and market. Maximum stakes are determined per event and market by Xhjili and may change without notice. Limits may be applied to protect payout integrity and are enforceable across related bets and accounts.
Bet history and account management
You can view past bets in the Bet History section. The platform supports filtering by date and event; records are maintained for audit and dispute resolution purposes.
Disputes, amendments and notices
Any dispute regarding bets or settlements must be raised within a defined period after the event. Xhjili reserves the right to amend these terms and the sportsbook rules and to publish updates on the site. Updated terms apply to bets placed after publication.
Data protection, privacy and responsible gaming
Xhjili processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data is kept confidential and is only disclosed to regulatory authorities when required. Responsible gaming tools are available to help manage betting activity, including self‑exclusion and spend limits in accordance with policy and law.
