Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Xhjili including access to the Website and the services offered by the Operator. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by this Agreement together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein. Parties and Scope

Eligibility and Restrictions
You may participate only if you are at least eighteen years old. It is illegal to participate if you are younger. We do not warrant the legality of participation under the laws of your location. For regulatory or commercial reasons, accounts may be restricted or blocked for residents of certain jurisdictions. You must not use tools to mask your location such as VPNs or fake information. Any breach may be considered fraud and may be subject to criminal prosecution.
Account Creation and Verification
- Single Account You must register in your real name and only one account may be opened per person. Duplicate or shared accounts may be closed.
- Accuracy You must keep your details up to date. The name on registration must match the name on your government issued ID.
- Password You must select a password and keep it confidential. The Operator accepts no liability for unauthorized use caused by you.
- Identity Verification You will be required to provide documents to verify age and identity, including government ID and a recent utility bill and bank statement not older than six months.
- Bank Details If you use a card or bank account for deposits, the cardholder name must match the Account name. A mismatch may result in suspension and a request for verification.
Access and Use of the Service
Access to the Website is on a temporary basis. We may suspend or modify features without notice. The Website is for personal and non commercial use only. Deposits and Withdrawals
Financial transactions are processed in accordance with the Operators Payments Policy. Withdrawals are payable only to the registered payment method and to the name on the Customer account. The Operator may withhold funds until identity verification is complete. If verification fails or you are not entitled to funds, the Operator may take steps permitted by law to recover or forfeit funds. Dormant and Inactive Accounts
An account becomes dormant after six months of no login. The Operator will attempt to contact you before designation. If there is no response within seven days, the account may be designated as Dormant. During dormancy the Operator may charge a monthly administration fee of five euro or the equivalent in your currency. The first fee is charged at the end of the sixth month. The fee may be waived if you log in during the dormancy period. The Operator may suspend or close a dormant account in accordance with these Terms.
Account Transfers and Inter Account Activity
Transfers between Customer accounts are prohibited. Customers may not sell or acquire accounts from other Customers.
Interest
Balances held in Customer accounts do not accrue interest unless required by law or the separate Terms apply.
Account Suspension
Xhjili reserves the right to suspend, close or terminate your Account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable evidence of fraud non compliance with these Terms or any illegal activity. You will be informed of any suspension and its duration where possible.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content are owned by or licensed to the Operator. You have no rights other than those expressly granted in these Terms. You may not reproduce modify or distribute content without consent.
Privacy and Data Protection
The Operator collects and processes personal data for the purpose of providing the Service and complying with legal obligations. Data protection is governed by applicable laws and the Operator's Privacy Policy. You have rights to access rectify erase or objection to processing as provided by law. Personal data may be shared with payment processors and regulatory authorities as required by law.
Anti Money Laundering and Compliance
You consent to and cooperate with anti money laundering and counter terrorism financing measures. The Operator may monitor transactions and request additional information to verify the source of funds and the legitimacy of activity. The Operator may suspend or close accounts if verification cannot be completed or if suspicious activity is detected.
Notifications and Changes to Terms

Complaints Procedure
Customers may submit complaints to the Customer Support Team. If not resolved to your satisfaction you may escalate in accordance with the regulatory complaint procedures of the licensing jurisdiction.
Termination and Suspension of Services
The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account for breach of these Terms or as required by law. You may request closure of your Account at any time. After termination the Operator may retain personal data as required by law and for legitimate business purposes.
